Space Saving: Refrigerator

Part of the challenge we have in our home is stocking the fridge and cupboards in a way that it all fits. It is difficult to arrange tomatoes, carrots, celery, cucumbers, zucchini, and so many other things in a way that they are accessible and not hiding one another.

I've considered bins of some kind but have not moved in that direction quite yet. I have found a couple tricks to overcome our space challenge while keeping produce fresh. 

I place fresh cilantro and green onions in a glass with water. They stand up, save space, and stay fresh!
