Fermented cassava likened to couscous.
Add water enough to moisten the grains.
Season the fish and cover the grains to keep them moist. Chop raw onions and tomatoes or other vegetables to mix with the grains.
Heat water and place a strainer over the hot water. Place the grains in the strainer and allow it to steam enough to soak in the water.
Dinner is served!
