There are many versions as well with the same basic ingredients.
Here's the recipe:
- Start with a can croissants and roll it all out flat on a baking sheet.
- Bake it according to the instructions (between 10-14 minutes).
- Let it cool.
- Brush the crust with salad dressing, veggie dip, hummus, or any type of spreadable sauce.
- Chop vegetables (pictured is avocado, cucumber, grapes, carrots, apple).
- Top with shredded cheese (or nuts, seeds, herbs).
- Cut and serve!
