Vegetable Pizza

One of my favorite recipes is a veggie pizza. It's a really simple crowd pleaser.

There are many versions as well with the same basic ingredients.

Here's the recipe:

  1. Start with a can croissants and roll it all out flat on a baking sheet. 
  2. Bake it according to the instructions (between 10-14 minutes).
  3. Let it cool. 
  4. Brush the crust with salad dressing, veggie dip, hummus, or any type of spreadable sauce. 
  5. Chop vegetables (pictured is avocado, cucumber, grapes, carrots, apple).
  6. Top with shredded cheese (or nuts, seeds, herbs).
  7. Cut and serve!
