Cauliflower Pizza Crust

As I've mentioned, we are in the throes of healthy eating..

I bought some cauliflower in order to start experimenting with different carb substitute solutions. My first attempt wasn't bad.

My next carb substitute attempt was a pizza crust. I love New York, Chicago, Italian, and flatbread styles. I'm not a pizza connoisseur, I just love a good pizza.

I dove into Pinterest  yet again and found a recipe from Damn Delicious that inspired me to try. It has all the qualifications of a good recipe: ingredients easily found and intuitive instructions.

Bake it:

Top it:

Eat it!

We had it eat it with a fork because it wasn't solid enough to pick up. It tasted good. Not exactly like pizza, but good nonetheless!
