Flaxseed for a Colon Cleanse

I recently read this article about flushing out the intestines with flaxseed and kefir. It promotes digestion and cleans out bad bacteria otherwise lodged in the intestines. 

The two ingredients are healthy and harmless. You might as well give it a try! I am using flaxseed meal and pomegranate flavored kefir

Week 1: 1 tablespoon of flaxseed and 6 tablespoons of kefir. 
Week 2: 2 tablespoon of flaxseed and 6 tablespoons of kefir. 
Week 3: 3 tablespoon of flaxseed and 10 tablespoons of kefir.
